Rose Hood Buss has spent her career working and volunteering in her passion: helping youth succeed in whatever life situation they are in. Hood Buss has been able to live out her passion all of her career with direct service to youth at the Lighthouse and through training adults that work with youth with Region V Systems and the School Community Intervention & Prevention (SCIP) program. Hood Buss knows firsthand the power of having caring adults in the times that seem the hardest to get through and couldn't imagine working in any other field. Rose Hood Bush currently serves as the Executive Director of The HUB Central Access Point for Young Adults.
