Tomorrow, we will be launching a monthly session designed to help members navigate the systems, structure, and rhythms of the Rotary 14 community. The goal is to support new members as they get oriented, while giving longtime Rotarians a refresher to the basics! This meeting takes place directly following the weekly meeting and is expected to have about 20 minutes of content.
President Randy Hawthorne has invited Rotary 14 Club Members to join him for fun and fellowship at "Wine Down Wednesday." Randy will be at Bin105 from 5-6:30 on Wednesday, March 18 and he is ready and eager to meet other Rotarians to discuss club business or share in your personal lives.
There are two opportunities for makeup credit. If you are going to the Chamber event, let Randy know and he'll mark your attendance. Or you can join Randy for lunch at Miller Time Pub for a little informal exchange. Please email President Randy Hawthorne if this option is of interest to you.

Congratulations to our latest recipient of the Rotary 14 High School Student Leadership Award. Hadley Reimers from Lincoln Lutheran High School joined Rotary 14 on Tuesday, March 10 to accept this honor.
Every year, Rotary 14 invites a student from each local high school to present information to the club membership regarding the importance of community service at their school. To share the Rotary mission with area high school students and create an interest in the ideals of service. Committee members work with school administrators to identify a student leader to accept the award and work with those students to create a short presentation to be given at a regular club meeting.
These same students are encouraged to participate in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards seminar held by Rotary District 5650 each spring. They are also made aware of the Club’s High School Scholarship criteria and encouraged to apply, if appropriate
