Recently, Leslie Levy introduced our newest Rotarian Regan Anson. Anson is Assistant Vice President of Communications and Media Relations at EducationQuest. Anson is the chief communications strategist responsible for the management of EducationQuest’s branding, advertising, marketing, public relations, and media relations efforts aimed at enhancing knowledge and support of the organization.Prior to joining EducationQuest, Anson was Executive Director of Nebraska Impact and the Nebraska 150 Celebration. She previously served as Director of Marketing and Communications at Peru State College, Communications Director for the Nebraska Attorney General, and Deputy Communications Director for the Nebraska Governor.

Anson is currently President-Elect of HopeSpoke, a Lincoln-based organization that works to ensure healthy futures for children and their families through comprehensive behavioral and mental health services. Most recently, Anson served as a member of the Governor’s Task Force for Disaster Recovery and the Governor Task Force for Food Security. She was also Treasurer of Governor Ricketts’ 2019 Inaugural Ball Committee. Anson is a graduate of the Nebraska State Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership
Nebraska Program, and is a past member of Women Investing in Nebraska, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, the Nebraska Press Women Association, and the American Marketing Association.
Anson is a Brunswick, Nebraska, native and graduate of Creighton Community High School. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and earned a Master of Science degree in organizational management with emphases in entrepreneurship and economic development from Peru State College. Anson also holds a certificate in fundraising management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha
