Welcome New Rotarian Julie Murray-Jensen

Dr. Julie Murray-Jensen (https://www.linkedin.com/in/julie-murray-jensen/) serves as the Executive Director for the Foundry Community, a 501C3 in downtown Lincoln with a mission to support, educate, and develop purpose-driven organizations in Lincoln and Nebraska. Before discovering nonprofit work, Julie served for many years in higher education as an administrator and executive. Her passion is the connection between meaningful education and work and building systems that help connect talent and need in service to the community. In addition to her work as an Executive Director at The Foundry, Julie founded Julie Murray-Jensen Workforce Solutions where she offers consulting services in workforce development. Outside of professional pursuits, Julie is married to Eric Jensen, a photographer and coach for the UNL Rowing Club. They have two daughters attending Lincoln Southeast High School. After many years away from Nebraska, Julie was happy to return to her home-state and loves being in Lincoln. Welcome to Rotary 14!
