Recently, the Rotary Clubs of Lincoln honored TMCO as Salute to Business Honoree. Salute to Business (STB) is an annual honor given to a business that employs the ideals of Service Above Self in their company's culture, including employment generation, and economic impact to the community. The selection is highly competitive and is managed by a city-wide committee, and this year was chaired by Gen. (Ret) Roger Lempke of the Rotary Club of Lincoln. All Lincoln Rotarians participate in choosing the STB honoree from a shortlist vetted by the STB committee, via an electronic ballot. TMCO was chosen in the Spring of 2020 but the award presentation was scheduled for 2021 due to the pandemic. To read more about TMCO, click here.
