Larry Punteney has been calling Nebraska Volleyball on radio and television for 35 years. He has been with the Big 10 Network for the last decade and is also the primary play-by-play commentator for Nebraska Public Media calling every high school championship broadcast on the network. Larry graduated from UN-L in 1988 and was a member of the Nebraska Bowling Team which finished 2nd Nationally in 1987.
His full-time job is in Healthcare where he has more than two decades of consulting experience and a track record of uncovering opportunities to help provider organizations overcome workforce management challenges to drive substantial and sustainable cost and quality improvements.
Experience covers the continuum of care, from acute care to ancillary, medical groups, outpatient surgical centers, and senior living.
An experienced public speaker, having presented at regional and national healthcare conventions and conferences, including ANCC, AONL, HFMA, NAHAM, SIA, HCE of Southern California, THA Annual Conference, and MGMA.
