Bio: Kassy Knudson is the vice president of people resources at Lincoln Industries. She represents the third generation of the LeBaron family at Lincoln Industries. Her grandfather, Dale LeBaron founded the company and was actively promoting growth in the Lincoln community. Her father, Marc, is the CEO and Chairman of Lincoln Industries.
