Last week at Rotary, President Mailani Veney presided the meeting. Randy Hawthorne conducted club business. Maury Halstead was Sgt. at Arms. We heard from Tom Fields of the Engler AngriBusiness Entrepreneurship and his three Scholars. Incoming Director Ken Koop recognized Bill Mueller for achieving Paul Harris Fellow +1. Suzanne Sughroue gave a brief recap of our Nebraskan of the Year event. We welcomed returning Rotarian Doug Mathers and newest Rotarian Chris Whitney. Past President Steve Glenn shared with us his experience as Rotary 14 President when he was the "youth movement" of Lincoln Rotary, 30 years ago. To cap Steve's reminiscing of his presidential year, he led the assembly in singing a favorite Rotary song during his time. Rotaract Chair Keith Larsen introduced Rotaract VP Kylen Cutter who gave us their 1st quarter Rotaract report. Angela Boule, Yolanda Hoffman and Christie Weston served as Cashiers.
