Christie Weston and Angela Boule dropped off winter coats, caps, and gloves to Principal Mike Long at Everett Elementary on Monday, December 7. Angela’s colleagues at HoriSun Hospice supported our coat drive in a big way, so we are very thankful for them in addition to the many Rotarians who contributed! Collectively, we donated over 50 warm winter coats, 42 stocking caps, a handful of scarves, 15 pairs of gloves, and 100 pairs of colorful knit mittens (handmade by Kris Rutford’s sister-in-law)! Thank you to those who dropped off items and those who gave funds to purchase coats and caps. We have so much appreciation for your big hearts for our Everett friends!
