Steve is not new to Rotary as he has been a Rotarian for over 40 years, transferring his Rotary membership from the Rotary Club of Kearney, where he served as President. Since 1983 Steve has owned the Investment Property Exchange, Inc., a client-based firm providing real estate problem-solving, brokerage services. Also owned the largest outstate farm, ranch, and commercial appraisal firm. IPEX Appraisal was sold to associates in 2014 but is still located in the same office as the real estate company. Steve has extensive experience in consulting, investing, and due diligence on all types of property, from Agriculture to Commercial, across the U. S. Welcome to your new Rotary home, Steve!
