Nick has served or is currently serving on more than 10 community boards and committees often as chairperson and has been the volunteer chair of a number of local capital campaigns.
Currently, Nick is an elected member of the Lincoln Airport Authority Board. Other recent community involvements include Co-chair of the $24 million capital campaign to expand the Lincoln Children’s Zoo, Co-chairing the LPS Superintendent Facility Advisory Committee that led to a successful bond issue to build 2 new high schools and one new elementary school, and Co-chairing a capital campaign for building a new worship space and classroom addition for his parish.
Nick is 71, married to his wife, Ann, for 50 years, and has four daughters and four grandchildren ages three years through 25. Nick enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, and reading but finds great pleasure in community service and encouraging others to get involved. Welcome to Rotary, Nick!
