Michaela Sweeney, Speedway Properties
Michaela joined Speedway Properties in 2025 as Project Development Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in municipal operations, finance, economic development, and process improvement. She oversees project planning, permitting, zoning, and redevelopment, working closely with city departments and serving as a liaison on special projects. Michaela holds a BA in Business Administration, an MA in Management, and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
