On March 12, 2022, Keith Larsen was in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, distributing the wheelchairs to polio survivors as an implementation of the UNL Rotaract Wheelchair Project in partnership with the Canadian Wheelchair Foundation. The event was well covered by the local media and the wheelchair recipients expressed gratitude to the UNL Rotaractors, Rotary 14 Rotarians, and District 5650 Rotarians for their support of the wheelchair project.
