Just Two Words: Local - International

JUST TWO WORDS: LOCAL - INTERNATIONAL
 

Two words! Just two! Two really important words for each Rotarian who finds joy as a member of Rotary Club 14 are LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL.

LOCAL, as in Rotary Club 14 Foundation and the support it receives from Club members' donations or its work to raise monies that will be designated to further the mission of providing civic and financial support for the Lincoln/Lancaster County, Nebraska community and beyond. Think Gathering Place, HopeSpoke, Dictionary project, Sunken Gardens Gazebo, Youth Exchange Program, TeamMates, Elliot School playground, Teacher's Fountain, and scholarships.
 

INTERNATIONAL, as in Rotary International Foundation and the support it receives from Rotary Club 14 members and club members worldwide to further its mission of funding extraordinary projects to teach literacy, provide clean water, or eradicate polio worldwide. Think about peacebuilding, disaster response grants in Ukraine, ShelterBox, polio eradication, and clean water.
