Last week, The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Chair Scott Larson recognized Joel Sturgeon as Paul Harris Fellow. Joel contributed $1,000 to TRF to help in eradicating polio and support TRF's priorities in fighting disease, providing clean water, supporting education, and saving mothers and children through maternal health.
