February is Peace and Conflict Resolution Month

Peace and Conflict Resolution is Rotary's theme for February. Chris Hove, a former military commander and currently the President & CEO of Nebraska Bank of Commerce, shared his insights on leadership and trust as they relate to conflict and resolution. Chris believes that "fighting and protecting follow the same continuum as peace and resolution and you can’t get to one without understanding the other".
