Craig Strong Promoted to Brigadier General

Rotary 14 congratulates Rotarian Craig Strong on his promotion to the rank of Brigadier General on Oct. 17, 2020. An Army officer's path to senior rank involves education, staff duty, and leadership.  Craig excelled in all three areas.  He attended the Army College, organized and led a new, innovative Nebraska brigade, and was serving on staff at the National Guard Bureau in Washington D.C. when promoted.  The just promoted Brigadier General will serve as assistant J-8 director.  The J-8 (Force Structure, Resources & Assessments) integrates NGB participation in OSD and joint strategic processes.
