Julia Gale is originally from North Plate, Nebraska, and graduated from UNL with a BA in Vocal Performance and a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.  She worked for 12 years in acute care and rehabilitation medicine between Toronto, Canada, West Haverstraw, NY, and Lincoln, NE at Madonna Rehab Hospital. 

In 2016 she got her real estate license and worked in residential and commercial areas.  Most recently she joined Nebraska Housing Resource and their mission of affordable housing development. 
She has been very involved with community volunteering and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Lincoln, a board member of Humanities Nebraska, and continues to serve Madonna Rehab Hospital on the Miracle Night for Madonna fundraiser event committee.
